aice55 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the aice55 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users including visitors who have not registered an account.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and aice55. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To use aice55, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on aice55. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, different email addresses or different payment accounts — is a serious violation of these terms. All accounts linked to a multi-account violation will be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Submitting false information — including a false date of birth to bypass the 18+ requirement — will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. aice55 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

aice55 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC. Verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and funds being placed on hold pending review.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on aice55 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• aice55 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit is made and later found to be fraudulent or reversed by the payment provider, the corresponding balance and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• aice55 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit before crediting your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts only. The withdrawal method must match or be compatible with the deposit method used, unless otherwise approved by the aice55 team after review.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The name on your aice55 account must match the name on your payment account exactly.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals of any active bonus balance are not permitted until wagering requirements are fully met.
• aice55 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

5.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusals

aice55 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where the account has not completed verification, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied. You will be notified of the reason and given the opportunity to resolve the issue where possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

aice55 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• aice55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds or exploiting a technical error — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this means the bonus amount must be played through a certain number of times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the promotion details. Until wagering is complete, bonus-related funds are not available for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on aice55, including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets available on the platform.

7.1 Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed. aice55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except in the case of a manifest error by aice55.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and will be displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be accepted for in-play markets where available, but aice55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

7.2 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned or the market is suspended before completion of the relevant selection. In these cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance. Partial completion of an event will be handled according to the specific rules for that sport or market.

7.3 Palpable Errors

If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake — sometimes called a "palpable error" — aice55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even where the bet has been confirmed and the market has settled. aice55 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.

7.4 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and T20 cricket markets, the following specific rules apply:

• A match must be completed to the minimum number of overs required for a valid result as per the governing body's rules for results to stand.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) adjusted results are accepted as official results for betting purposes.
• Player-specific markets (top scorer, most wickets etc.) require the player to have participated in the match for bets to stand.

8 Casino & Games

Casino games, live casino tables, slots and bingo on aice55 are provided for entertainment. The following conditions apply to all gaming activity:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or by real-time live dealer activity. aice55 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the standard house edge built into each game.
• Technical malfunctions void all plays and pays. If a game session is interrupted by a connectivity issue, disconnection or system error, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state available to the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Live casino tables are subject to seating availability and table limits at the time of play.
• aice55 reserves the right to close a game, remove a title or modify its availability at any time without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on aice55. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and likely permanent termination:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods. Initiating false chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, free bets or enhanced odds in a systematic way that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate entertainment use.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated software to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Bug exploitation: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, error or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Any gains made through exploitation will be reversed.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, move or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment. aice55 will report any suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

aice55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A chargeback has been initiated against a legitimate deposit.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months with no login activity).

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed without a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any applicable withdrawal review.

10.1 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their own account for responsible gaming reasons can do so by contacting aice55 support. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances, including requests made by the account holder themselves.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores or game statistics that may contain errors.

aice55's total liability to any individual user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

13 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the aice55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your data as described in that policy.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Section 10 of these terms.
